Class Training As Acadia Training strives to provide the best training experience possible, any participant found to be affecting the conduciveness of the class will be regrettably asked to kindly leave the venue. No part of any training material may be reproduced, distributed or transmitted in any form or by any means, including photocopying, recording, or other electronic or mechanical methods, without the prior written permission of Acadia Training. Late Payment Penalty In the event that payment due is not made within thirty (30) days from the date of the invoice, the customer shall pay Acadia Training Pte Ltd, a late payment fee equal to $400.00 or 10% of the amount due, whichever is higher. Under the necessary circumstance, Acadia Training reserves the right to discontinue any promotion stated on its website or any marketing material without any prior notice.
