Terms & conditions
- Sign up for training courses with a minimum course fee of $1,500 in a single invoice to receive $500 worth of Acadia Cashback, which is used to deduct course fees in subsequent invoices automatically.
- When Acadia Cashback is utilized on a subsequent invoice, customer does not receive Acadia Cashback from that same invoice.
- The value of Acadia Cashback is equivalent to SG$. For every $1 of Acadia Cashback utilized, $1 will be deducted from your course fees.
- Payment of the initial invoice of $1,500 or more must be made in full before Acadia Cashback can be utilized for subsequent courses.
- Please note that Acadia Cashback cannot be used to deduct the initial invoice of $1,500 or more.
- Any accrued Acadia Cashback will automatically deduct the course fees in subsequent invoices. After the deduction, the balance from this invoice can be paid with cash, cheque, bank transfer, PAYNOW, GrabPay or any subsidies (e.g. SkillsFuture Credit or Skills Development Fund) when eligible.
- Any balance of Acadia Cashback will be updated in the most recent invoice.
- Please note that the deduction of course fees by Acadia Cashback is automatic and determined by Acadia Training; customers do not need to determine when to utilize Acadia Cashback and the amount.
- This promotion is open to both self-sponsored (e.g. individuals) and organisation-sponsored sign-ups (e.g. employees).
- For self-sponsored sign-ups, all courses must be registered and attended by the individual indicated in the invoice. Acadia Cashback is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered individual.
- For organisation-sponsored sign-ups, courses can be registered under different names as indicated in the invoice. The Acadia Cashback can be used by any individuals from the same organisation.
- The last day to sign up for this promotion is 30 Jun 2024.
- All courses listed in the single invoice must be attended by 31 Dec 2024.
- Acadia Cashback must be fully utilised by 31 Dec 2024. Any unused portion of the Acadia Cashback will expire on the same date.
- If a participant cancels a course listed on the initial invoice, any Acadia Cashback used for that course will be forfeited.
- All courses signed up under this promotion are eligible for SkillsFuture Credit, Skill Development Fund, NTUC UTAP & the in-house Acadia Edu discount.
- Unless stated otherwise, all courses signed up under this promotion are eligible for Free Refresher Training. T&Cs apply.
- Please note that Acadia Cashback cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.
- If any courses sign-up with the Acadia Cashback are cancelled or postponed by the participant(s), the Acadia Cashback used for that cancelled or postponed course(s), will be forfeited.
